Which File Exist the Pads Designed in Proteus?

The libraries of the components designed in Proteus are stored in files such as USERDVC and USERPKG. In case of deletion of the program, these files can be copied to the relevant place and the component covers inside can be reused. Does the same situation apply to the designed Pads? Where are the Pads designed from the "Round Through Hole Pad Mode" toolbar stored?
