There are four popular reason that causes circuit failure
Shorted circuit, Opened circuit, Earthing and Machenical corruption
Could you tell me which one is the most dangerous and its sign ?

Short Ciruit is most Critical


and There's no Sign but A Short Circuit Itself

Which type of Circuit u are talking of ???

In open wiring mechanical contact means short

In PCB's etc.... it's something similar

In IC's it's Internal Faults
 

one of them happen,then your module shall not work,no problem can be ingored
