replace scatter gnu arm

crosswork very suitable and use GCC
and work with Wiggler
:)

how arm compilers works

GCC is GNU, no license needed.

arm compiler + codewarrior

I vote for Crossworks, i used it. Its very good, and it's GNU. But IDE is not free, just the compiler is free.
