Do you need lambda oxygen sensor or you whant to measure pure compressed oxygen like for medical or welding ?

@ shahbaz.ele, thank you for the links ... but can you help me with how to find the accuracy of these sensors ... most of the cases the given values in datasheet do no give expected results ... and for my application .. accurate results are desired
 

From the various avaible measurement methods, classical paramagnetic analyzers and newly developed tunable diode laser sensors can be expected to give good accuracy. It's rather unlikely that they don't suit your requirements (assuming they are driven by realistic considerations).
