architecture of of 8051 in wikipedia

hi all,
I want to know on which architecture(Von Neuman or Harvard) Intel 8085 and 8051 are based.

hi,

The 8051 has harvard architecture and 8085 has von neumann architecture.

Pvinbox, the 8051 has a code space and a data space, this is the basic definition of a harvard architecture.
