if that is a small project,up2 is the best kit.

i hav nvr thought the UP2 can drop till USD99... last time when i bought it, it was USD245....

one disadvantage of the UP2 is tht it has no flash inside.. bcos the FPGA is volatile, after u turn off power, u lose all ur configuration.... wth the flash, then it is diff
