Hi EDA fans,

anyone knows where to start learning ASIC sensor design?
where do I have to keep an eye on?

I want to start learning it.

Sensor IC's

as far as i know, i'm only aware of MEMS design for sensors.

Added after 3 hours 9 minutes:

if you want more info on MEMS based acutuators, please refer marc madou's "fundamentals of microfabrication"

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0849308267/104-3586304-7234319?v=glance&n=283155

also, check out for LIGA, a new molding process used along with plastics and all, this process is heavily used in MEMS.

also, u can see a list of courses offered from university of cincinnati on MEMS.

**broken link removed**

its possible to download the course materials of these courses from their corresponding websites.

all the best !!!
