Hi friends,

Can someone please tell me where to attach the Vdd and the ground in the circuit in the figure attached. I'm trying to simulate an active inductor; any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Thank you!

Where to place Vdd?

There should not be Vdd.IO1 and IO2 are the ports of the active inductor. The MOS will be polarized by voltages between their ports.
Only Vg1 and Vg2 must be apllied...

Where to place Vdd?

Thanks for your reply. Does that mean I have to put in a dc voltage at the ports? Because when I run the simulation without giving any dc voltage to the ports, doing a dc analysis and printing the dc voltages at both the ports shows zero voltage.
