converting y-parameters into s-parameters

hi freinds
i need Y parameters or (scatering parameters) for real tarnsistor where can i get these parameters?
thats better in 88-108Mhz or 27 Mhz and how can i caculate Y(S) and Y(L)?
and thats better that transistor work in specialy purpose
please guide me
thanks

Re: Y parameters

Hi~~

Previously, Y parameters were usually used to design high-frequency circuits. But, nowdays, they use dominantly S parameters to do the same thing. Network analyzers are used to measure S parameters of transistors or electronic systems. According to specifications of network analyzers, you can use the measurement equipments regardless of the frequency range. The equations to convert Y parameters into S parameters or vice versa are listed in the the books on high-frequency circuit design. Good luck to you!

Bye~~
