Where to get the C library for SED 1520?

Hello

Does anyone had an idea where i can get a c Library to control a graphic display with SED 1520 Controller.

Or Software to convert Bitmaps in the correct Byte Strings.

Or a C Routine to handle comfortable ASCII transfers to the Display.
