Does anybody know about low current smd led?

Recently i discovered a type of smd led with around 7mA at a very high brightness on a combined sounder alarm.

Just wonder where can get it to fit into my flash light project.
As its consump very low current so we can combine with other where low current is required.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Low Current LEDs

Osram and Kingbright make a good range of low current bright leds.

Some of the osram units are up to 50lm/W. I've used this one is some designs and its excellent.
