Where to find the name of environment condition when doing synthesis

This command need the name of environment condition like BEST or whatever else.
Where to find it ? I cannot find it in the technology lib(logic lib).

set_operating_conditions WORST

1- read_db /path-to-the-library/library-name.db
2- report_lib library-name, then look at the "operating condition name"
3- use it in set_operating_conditions
