Does anyone have any idea about JTAG ICE of 8051

Cygnal has 51 core with JTAG port, and a low cosr JTAG debugger.

ice for 8051

I want to know about to design a JTAG ICE not only to use the ICE . I know about the Cygnal either and i want design a MCU with that kind of JTAG ICE solution
