where to find e-pHEMT ADS models

Hi, I am trying to use e-pHEMT models in ADS but I am not able to find any models online. I was especially looking for ATF55143. If you know where I can find the .zap file for the design kit and its files, please share the link.

Always best to start with the vendor, whose duty and best interests include design-in support.

Easier for Mr. Google to find a SPICE model by P/N than by technology type. So pick one or several and retry your luck.

an ads model is different from a spice model right?

Take a look at page 16 of Datasheet (ATF55143) .Why is this not model ADS for you?
