by the way ,i can't even find these two theses on the web of their lab.
 

Usually, if you contact the author of the dissertation, then they will send you a copy, often at no charge. All Ph. D. dissertations are available from Univeristy Microfilms, but they will charge a fee.
 

I don't know their emails....
