Where to buy the cheapest 74XX family inegrated circuts?

[Don't really know where to ask it so pleas move it if there is bette place for that thread]

Hello.
We will need lots of those toys. Everyone on my year in university will have to do project using those. We all know that we will need lots of those.
What is the cheapest place to get those? Maybe some China internet shop?
This is just one time small university project. Those don't have to be top quality things.

I was looking and didn't found anything interesting.

I was looking for china ones because they have free or very cheap shipping to Poland.
And Those prices are the same or even 10% higer then in local supplier.

WayEngineer is a Chinese source and with single gate level 74xx ICs in the 7 to 9 cent range their prices are hard to beat.

If you can purchase 74HC595 for less than 7 cents for single quantities locally your probably not going to find a better price, especially when you figure in the shipping costs.

"Cheap, Chinese and e-bay" mean poor quality or NO quality. But almost everything is made in China today and some products have excellent quality.

On another thread here or on another website forum a guy wanted cheap Lithium batteries. I told him to look on Google to see hundreds of reviews of fakes.
Another person found this video of a cheap, Chinese battery bought on e-bay and it shows what was found inside it:
