I am looking for a commercially available "Native Transistor"
I am building a charge pump that converts RF power to DC, typically composed of diodes and capacitors. Every diode has its own forward voltage drop which is a loss of power. That's why designers use Schottky diodes.
The native transistors have very low threshold voltages as low as below 100mV. I want to replace the diodes with native transistors. However, I have hard time to find commercial ones. I called Mouser, but no luck.
Would you please let me know where to find or buy the native transistors?
