Where I have to tie the PEN(1) pin on ATmega128?

ATmega128 programming

I need help with AVRDUDE, where i have to tie the PEN(1) pin on ATmega128?
 

ATmega128 programming

If your programmer use the /RESET line to control the programming, you can leave the PEN line not connected.
