Where I can buy the socket for LCC-48 package?
thx.

You want me to buy one for you? I am near silicon valley - there is a store that sells these for about $2 US

what is the quantity required? If it is more simply do an internet search. There are so many companies selling such items

Re: LCC Socket

Really? Where can you get these? I've checked Mouser, Digikey, local electronics stores, etc.

The only places online that seem to sell them don't sell the simple plastic frame + metal contacts for LCC-48 (which should be about $2/unit).

I've found a few sites such as EPboard, IronWood Electronics, and PlastronicsUSA. They all sell nice "clamshell" designed re-usable sockets, some that even come with LCC-48 to DIP-48 sockets, but they're at least $70-$160+ (USD) per unit. That's a bit much for such a simple device. Well, the clamshell burn-in sockets, fair enough, but I can't even find any cheap simple LCC-48 sockets anywhere at all.
