Where I can buy and which the approximate price of an Atmel is 90s4433?

Try to look at www.digikey.com. Price depends to quantity that you will purhase.

They don't have it in stock and they don't put the approximate price, but thank you for your help.
 

If u want to make a new design
take the ATmega8.

From Atmels HP:

"Not recommended for new design: replaced by ATmega8"

0.5k EEPROM
up to 16Mhz

Price ~7.50€
 

Hmm,
Sorry for that.Have a look at atmel's site.Revolt is right, it is an obsolete product and i think you can not find it easily.Try to migrate your code to new mcu's if possible of course.
