I was designing a circuit. I got negative resistance. Is this practical? I mean do you have negative resistance in shops? Where do we have such resistances?
Negative resistance is a theoretical construct. It describes a circuit having characteristics that are the inverse of that of a resistor. That is to say if you INCREASE the voltage to the device, the current through it DECREASES.
