memory modelling verilog

hi, guys.
i am searching for a DDR SDRAM memory model which can support from 50M to
100M Hz clock. but i just find 100M, 133M and 266M.
is there any models which can satisfy my request?

Go to the idt the cypress web site. You could find one easily.

if you just need verilog model (behavior model). you can write it your-self. or it is available at **broken link removed**. they provide VIP (Verificated IP).

thanks,
but i find the models of memory on synopsys website are all fixed frequencies.
now i have a model but can only work on 100MHz.
is there a model whose work frequency is not fixed?
-----------------------------------------
another question:
if i want to know the real size of memory on chip, where can i look for this information?

i think you can use the model of 100m or 133m, then modify it by youself according with specification

Micron also has memory models.
Can you take a fast model and clock it down in simulation?

to tarkyss:
do you think it is easy to modify the model?
what parameters shoule be modified if i don't have the specifications?

to gliss:
i have many difficulties in clocking it down in simulation, as the model is a ddr sdram, and can't find the documents refer to the model.

refer the IDT or Cypress datesheet or Micron ...

There are both timing diarams and verilog descriptions.

If you are willing to pay, you can get memory models from Denali.

what are easy?
you can download the model specification from foundry, i dont understand how can you design you controller if you have not the specification?

Take a look at the opencores.org website, it will at least give you a good starting point.

**broken link removed**

you can download from xilinx websit

you can go to micron or samsung website to download the models you need.
