Where can I get AMI 05 u library?

Where can I get AMI 05 u library? I couldn't find it on the ON Semiconductor's website.

I wish to use it with Synopsys DC Compiler. Thus a .db file will be best. However, my lab also has a library compiler so if I can get hold of a .lib file will be great too.
