Where can I get 3Sk164 and 3SK166?

need 3Sk164 and 3SK166

Hi,
i need the sony devices which are obsolete now,
3SK164 and 3SK166.
Please, does anyone know where I can get may be 10 of them.

However, which ever i tried have some minimum purchase requirement of greater than $300 US.
I need only atmost 10 of each:(
