Hello
I have a TSMC Spice model file that is 2P4M CMOS 0.35um process. I want to include the file by Include Netlist method in ADS. So, ADS can simulate analog circuit instead of Hspice.
But, ADS presents syntax error. Someone tells me ADS needs *.net file. Where can find the *.net file for ADS,then? Thank you!!

Re: *.net file for ADS

You can use NetlistInclude block in ADS, Data Items-->NetlistInclude. Then set proper model path pointing to the model files, if it doesn't work, try to put the model files in the dir of /prj/network/... RGDs
