if ADS2004A is installed, then ADS2004>tools>LineCalc

you can get for free txline from AWR, it does the same as Linecalc and can work as stand alone program.

run linecalc in the program bar
start>programs>ads>linecalc
 

agilent linecalc

All above responses are true. Most of EDA softwares contain some kind of program named linecalc or similar names, like Agilent ADS, AWR Microwave Office.
Anyway a free version of linecalc could be get from agilent under the name APPCAD. You can download the last version from the following link:
