All above responses are true. Most of EDA softwares contain some kind of program named linecalc or similar names, like Agilent ADS, AWR Microwave Office.
Anyway a free version of linecalc could be get from agilent under the name APPCAD. You can download the last version from the following link: **broken link removed**
