where can i find documents about DFM tools of synopsys

Is there a tool in synopsys special for DFM?

manuals of DFM tools can not be found in SOLD
 

Synopsys Tools for DFM are called TCAD tools. They are for device simulation and mask simulation and other DFM. You can go to

u can find Silivaco for DFM
device level and process level simulation
