Where from I should get .dat file of 89s51 for bascom-8051

i guess all data files ".dat" are appended on the program its self even the demo version.
i know that when want to call "89s8252.dat" i.e. as a microcontroller on your program .
call it it will work give it a try.
This is done through the "$regfile" as follows
$regfile = "89s8252.dat"
