Hi,

Does anyone know where can I find the AMS 0.35um cmos (c35b4) design rules?

Many thanks.

Is going to the source, out of the question? If you're a serious
customer they ought to be providing all of that to you.

I am learning to do the layout now. The process used in my University is AMS c35b4 and the tool is Cadence. But I dont know where to get the design rules.

The design rule files are always on the website of austriamicrosystems. You need account to login and download them. Anw, you can find the other on internet by typing c35b4c3 design rule...

Another idea: One of your Professors should be able to give them to you. Or you could also have a look into the DRC files.
