Where can I find a powerline LAN network card design?

I wish to have a powerline network LAN card design, if there are any sites to find a free circuit design for a powerline network of any materials it will be very usefull for me,, thanks.

why do you want to design something like that . siemens sells them with usb and ethernet ports based on very sofisticated chips from intellon ..spread spectrum
i bought a couple two years ago they work great if the units are on the same circuit breaker ..

I mean with powerline network card is a card that can transfer data though the traditional home power supply (in the wall),if u can help?
