do you mean quickbuilder for p****scape from hon*ywell. if it is, first you need a valid licence code in order for you to use/add controller or point. than you need to install p****scape station to monitor the hardware communication. i can't see why you need to download this, cause if you are a legal user, you should have the software, and if you are not a user than you can even use that.
