Where can I download MPASM assembler?

does anyone know where i can download the MPASM assembler. i downloaded it from the microchip website but it doesnt have the library files for the PIC16F628 and the PIC16F877.

MPLAB is about 30MB so i dont want to download it. or should i download it? anyway i just want to convert my source code into hex so thats why i want the assembler.

try a search on the internet for a program "gpasm" it produces mpasm style code but is a standalone prog
