IR camera

Hi!
I've been looking for simple IR camera. I tried to remove IR filter form webcam and it seems to work - with some external IR diodes I could record pictures in dark. Now the question:
Does anyone knows some shop/www with cheap (<100$) digital cameras modules? I guess I'd prefer to use serial protocol as communication.
I'm looking for this kind of site : **broken link removed**
(but here it is imposible to remove IR filter).
