Where can I buy a MB86s02 CMOS imager ?

Hi!

For a robotics project I am looking for **the tiniest, most leightweight** digital imager available. I came across the 0.4g MB86S02 (Fujitsu CMOS Image Sensor Module), but I can't find it at any distributor / reseller. Do you guys know if it is still sold somewhere? Is it possibly in any equipment I can still purches (mobile telephone, toy, etc)...? I just need a few (around 5-10 pieces).

Would anyone know of another imager with roughly similar specs... I.e. low resolution (anything <=VGA, at most 1MPixel), digital interface, **leightweight**... Thanks!!!

What are the dimensions for imager that you are looking for.
Micron, Omnivision has VGA sensors that will suit your need.
