When you talk about MIMO channel ...Does it mean you apply
Space Time Block coding / Spatial Multiplexing into the System?

I am so confused what MIMO channel is.

MIMO is consisted of 2 types
- Spatial Diversity (using Space time block coding)
-Spatial multiplexing

but I am not clear what MIMO channel really is. What do we suppose to see in MIMO channel?

Re: When you talk about MIMO channel, it means you apply STB

Can anyone explain to me the short concept of MIMO channel please

Re: When you talk about MIMO channel, it means you apply STB

MIMO stands for multiple-input multiple-output

in communications it means multiple antennas used both at transmitter and receiver.
