When GATE and collector terminal showing short

Dear all..
In what case GATE and collector terminal showing short and Gate w.r.t emitter showing low resistance...
 

No electronic part has a gate, an emitter and a collector.
Lookup '"transistor" and "Mosfet" to see what they have for terminals.
Then come back here and say what it is called and tell us its part number.
 
IGBT'S are extremely common in power electronics - every car ignition system for instance, gate, collector emitter, from a few 100 volts to kV, and a few 10's of amps to kA.

Almost every motor drive, solar inverter, the list goes on, they are ubiquitous in power electronics ( this forum ).
