I think u can use spread spectrum techniques wherein, multiplying your signal+Noise with a PN sequence helps in spreading the noise and recovering the signal with a LPF at the receiver.
There are number of technologies. The major classes are to use correlation (these are the spread spectrum technologies) and to average the noise. There are also some very specific noise compensation techniques, but it is well beyond our topic.
