HSD dirver means MOSFET syn regulation output?

In general this is where the load has one side grounded and a transistor from the other side to the power rail. For the usual case of positive voltage rails, the transistor will be a P channel FET or a PNP BJT.

High-Side-Driver is used to drive High-Side-Switch (e.g. mosfet or IGBT), where one end of the switch is connected to Power-Rail, and the other end is NOT connected to ground.

yes, HSD dirver means MOSFET syn regulation output ,

HSD drive a high side MOSFET.
