As in the attachment,
(A) and (B) is filter used in PLL ,
What's the difference between these two filters?
What's the advantages and disadvantages?

Transfer functons are equal. Type B has lower PSRR.
 

why B has a lower psrr?
Usually a higher psrr is good ,right?
