LGA,MLF,QFN,QFP?

IS all LGA package based on laminated substrate?
what are the merits and shortages of each package above?

For GSM PA,what kind of package would be preferred?
 

i'm sure that the difference will be explained in its datasheet, which usually show the picture of the dimension and physically
