What's the difference between maximum voltage matching and maximum power matching?

I used Silabs Si4703 FM tuner. From its application note, it said "It is very important to note that the Si4703 performance is optimized by maximizing input voltage, not power".

I kind of don't understand what is said.
What't the difference btw maximum voltage matching and maximum power matching ? Thanks.
