Bit addressable area

how can i set/clr a bit of a byte in General purpose RAM of PIC16f877A?

or in other words what's the address of bit addressable RAM bytes?

Bit addressable area

All the information you need is in the 16f877a datasheet

The addresses of the general purpose ram is in section 2. The instruction set including the instructions for setting and clearing bit is in section 15.

To use this microcontroller you have to read the datasheet.
