what will be the value of current from vdd to vss(ground) in cmos inverter when pmos is on?

u mean both pmos and nmos on ?
When pmos is in resistive region only leakage current flows...but when it is in saturated region the current expression can be calculated...
Refer Weste and harris for the equation

with pmos on, current will be Idrain nmos = uCox(W/2L nmos)[(Vgs-Vth(nmos))^2]
