Hi Guys,
I really need your advises to help me make a decisive choise for my future carreer. I'll be examined In the coming months letting me turning the page of my Ph. D. I feel a little bit confused when I think about the direction that I'll have to follow after Ph. D. Looking at their short and long term advantages which direction is better Post doc or Job ?

Re: Post doct. or JOB

It depends on your interests.
If you want to continue your career in academic side, go for post-doc in a Univ. Otherwise get into a job.

All the best for your Phd.
