what the advantage of AT89S52 over AT89C52??

i dont know that main advantage of AT89S52 over AT89C52??

at89c52 vs at89s52

AT89C52 is older design than AT89S52 and basically there is no advantages of one over the other. If you look into Atmel's device list there is no AT89C52 at all ( http://www.atmel.com/dyn/products/devices.asp?family_id=604 ).
There are small diferenies between them, however, and one of them is maximum frequency operation: 24MHz for C version and 33MHz for S version..

at89s52 vs at89c52

I have used both before... both are the same ( meaning you can plug an S52 to an C52 ), but if i am not wrong S52 are the never version and has the additional benefits of -

1. SPI
2. In-circuit programming, through SPI
3. Internal watchdog

There could be more. Read up on the datasheet. Good day.
