hfss rf absorber modeling

Trying to model antenna with an RF absorber like (eccosorb for example)
No idea what epsilon, conductivity & tan delta values to use. Anyone give any help please.
Currently using epsilon = 11 or 7
Conductivity = 1
Tan delta = 0.75
But i dont think this is right.

TIA.
Barry.
