What kind of job does CWAP certificate useful? Certified Wireless Analysis Profession

I happen to came across this exam. What kind of job will this exam be useful? Designer or tester?

My company design WLAN/BT IP and SOC chips, i.e. MAC.. Phy.. etc..

What vocational exams should I take if I wish to further my studies? I prefer those one can study part time on ones own.
Is that kind of exam open book or close book? Technical details like bits and bytes are difficult to remember.. :oops:
