What is UCF in QUARTUS-2?

I am newbie in Quartus tool ,

will you please tell me
1. what is usf ?(user constraint file)
2. In quartus how to see this file, how to access this file in quartus.

could you tell me please...

qsf is "Quartus settings file", not "user constraint file"

yes, all settings can be added to the qsf file, including user constraint, ^_^
