What is this SMD chip on TViX Slim S1 Duo multimedia player?

Hello Folks,

I've been trying without success to figure out a SMD chip on my TViX Slim S1 Duo Multimedia Player. Could any one help please? This SMD chip is a 5 pin SOT-23 labelled on the main board as "U14".
On the chip I found two lines of numbers. The first line is 8965, and the second line is 18FV. I cannot find any logo of the manufacturing company. I would like to know what this chip is so that I can find a replacement.

Thank you.

Further to my post I would like to add two photos of this SMD chip, one showing the code on this chip while the other showing its location on the board. Again, your help to identify this device would much be appreciated.
