What is this Op-amp?

I have the attached circuit but don't know what is the IC1 (48k operational amplifier). It is a very old circuit and I need help to find it or a replacement for it. Any idea what is
this Op-amp and where to find one? Or what can be a good replacement for it?

Following is the complete list of parts in case if it is required:

 

Since this is a "very old circuit" I would suspect that any modern opamp would suffice, as long as it met the requirements of +/-15 volt power supply and could run at 2MHz. Since there are no pin numbers on that schematic, it's impossible to suggest ANY replacement.
 

In those old, old days, monolithic opamps with good performance specifications were simply not available.
Therefore hybrid modules -much like what Philbrick Research used to make- were employed in those instances.
And, if you see the outline for IC1, you can see that it is a large square.....exactly what a potted hybrid would look like.
